About The Position

We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse or production experience who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently and safely. You’ll play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring products move smoothly from production to delivery.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role (warehouse or production preferred)
3+ years of hands-on warehouse or material handling experience
Experience with loading, receiving, and inventory processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
Air brake endorsement (on driver’s license)

Responsibilities

Lead and support production and warehouse team members during 2nd shift
Coordinate daily workflow across receiving, production, and shipping
Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and equipment
Oversee preparation of finished goods for installation and delivery
Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area
Monitor inventory and track in-transit materials
Plan and coordinate deliveries, including communication with the Reno branch
Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operating safely
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Train, coach, and develop team members
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews
