About The Position
We're looking for a Production Supervisor to manage a manufacturing shift in Memphis. In this role, you'll oversee a team of approximately 20 employees, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. You will handle standard supervisory responsibilities including onboarding and training new staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining productivity across the shift. The position is full-time with a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We offer opportunities for growth, increased responsibility, and career advancement.
Requirements
- 2-year Associate Degree (or enrollment in a program)
- Experience managing production lines in a manufacturing environment
- Walking, standing, and bending for up to 12 hours
- Lifting 25-75 pounds
- Exposure to chemicals and other manufacturing materials

- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
