• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and provide leadership to production staff.
• Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and overall efficiency.
• Review operational performance and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve production or processing issues.
• Develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems.
• Analyze production, maintenance, and quality data to identify and address operational challenges.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members; address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production reports, personnel documentation, and performance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturing best practices.
