At Western Building Products, you’ll lead a team of 4–7 dedicated employees and help deliver products our customers rely on. As our Production Supervisor, you will help drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain clear communication with employees and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay active on the shop floor, stepping in to support production as needed. Your Impact: · Lead, coach, and support your team while fostering a positive and productive environment · Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly SQDC targets · Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and a clean, organized workspace · Coordinate workflow with other supervisors for efficient, on-time production · Troubleshoot issues, monitor output, and support ongoing improvements · Prepare schedules and performance reports Why Western? Requirements

  • 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Solid math skills and proficiency with Excel
  • A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to support production tasks when needed
