Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures, and working closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Forklift License
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Solid basic math skills.
• Familiarity with and the ability to use hand tools.
• General computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.
• Willingness to complete training and higher-education courses.
• Ability to operate basic technology.

• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage production department and team, including all personnel related issues.
• Directly responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the production department and area.
• Work closely with team members to develop their skills.
• Effectively troubleshoot process and secondary equipment problems.
• Determine team assignments.
• Maintain proper documentation of productivity and quality as required.
