About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Lead safe and efficient shift production activities across sand and gravel operations Guide and support team members to meet production goals and quality standards Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely maintenance needs Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with operating procedures Foster a positive, safety-focused work culture through clear communication and accountability Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements

  • Background in aggregates/sand and gravel
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, industrial production environment
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
  • Capability to troubleshoot operational challenges and make sound decisions
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and shifts
  • Comfort working with production systems, equipment, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee production processes and maintain operational flow
  • Skill in identifying and resolving equipment or process issues in real time
  • Experience supporting or leading teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment setting
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
  • Proficiency in using production reporting tools, logs, or digital systems
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
