Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- 3+ years of proven supervisory or management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience with skid steers and forklifts is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility functions during the night shift, ensuring smooth, efficient production
- Coordinate and support 8-10 production and back-end team members
- Keep operations running seamlessly and meet production goals
- Work closely with production and back-end departments, reporting directly to the Hiring Manager and partnering with the Assistant Production Manager
