About The Position

HCS, Inc. and Miller-Keystone are seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor for the Soil Department in their Camden, NJ facility. HCSC linen services is an innovative provider of textile programs and services to the healthcare community, impacting patient health and safety by providing top-quality linen services. This role supports and supervises assigned activities related to production employees in the Camden, NJ facility. The anticipated annual salary range is $48,200-$72,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversees 16 direct employees in the soil department to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees
