Requirements

3 - 5 years of progressive experience in a regulated manufacturing environment as a team lead.
Extensive experience in manufacturing and production capacities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Access, and other MRP software.
Proficient/Bilingual with Spanish

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with FDA regulations in personal care

Responsibilities

Ensure all labor and equipment/machinery resources are delegated and utilized efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines for consumer expectations.
Assist in keeping communication lines open between warehouse and maintenance divisions to make sure production areas are running efficiently.
As a lead/supervisor, make sure that all safety policies in accordance with GMP regulations are being followed.
Mentor other production members on the line in advancing leadership skills.
Collaborate with other division leaders in enhancing overall business production.
Ensure Quality and compliance is adhered to for consumer orders.
Ability to have coverage for second shift lead when/if the night shift lead is out for continuity purposes.
