About The Position
We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings. The hours for this shift are 2 PM - 10:30 PM.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience
- Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
- Execute production schedules and drive efficiency
- Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation
- Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement
- Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff
