About The Position

3rd Shift Production Supervisor 📍 New Hampton, IA | Full-Time | Salaried (Exempt) Lead the shift that keeps everything moving. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of our 3rd shift production team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Strong leadership presence with a lead-by-example mindset
  • Ability to drive results while maintaining positive team relationships
  • High sense of urgency and accountability
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Foundry experience
  • Experience with root cause analysis

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem-solving
  • Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines
  • Support training, coaching, and development of your team
  • Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations
  • Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency
