About The Position

Provides direction and leadership for Corporate Raw Material Warehouse (CRM) to achieve safety, cost, quality and delivery goals. Manages available resources and leads associates to perform all departmental tasks in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring raw material is processed according to schedule. Ensures proper use of all Swagelok personnel systems, powered industrial equipment, cranes, warehouse specific PPE and adherence to all regulatory requirements placed on the plant. Operate in a building with varying climates including heat in the summer and cold temperatures in the winter. Position is a split shift position supporting both 2nd and 3rd shifts spanning from the back half of 2nd shift through the front half of 3rd shift. Working a 4x10 schedule Monday night through Thursday night, 6:30pm – 5am. Supports company operating plan along with Swagelok’s mission, vision and values.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, utilizing MRP systems, data mining & report generation)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Warehouse experience includes P.I.E., Cranes, and other Material Handling equipment.
  • Manufacturing experience (CNC, Conventional & Auxiliary equipment), or similar business experiences
  • Previous formal leadership roles or experiences

Responsibilities
