Here, you will make an impact by: Leading approximately 15 hourly shift production employees. Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of production Operations at the Cordova, Illinois facility. Determining staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the crew. Supporting Safety, Quality, and Productivity improvements for your assigned shift. Must be able to work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule.

Requirements

  • High School diploma / GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of combined experience in a lead Operator role or equivalent in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
  • Skills include the ability to drive change and implement improvement plans for identified areas of improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Experience in leading full-time, part-time, and contingent hourly production employees.
  • Experience with SAP, and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc)
