Requirements
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaker preferred
- Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Ability to direct associates using facilitation and demonstration techniques
- Mechanical aptitude to interface with people and processes
- Able to manage multiple short-term tasks at the same time
Responsibilities
- Coordinating production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications
- Identifying problems and initiating corrective action
- Directing multi-functions
- Administering company policies and procedures
- Ensuring employee safety via SMS processes and procedures
- Determining man power requirements to meet schedules
- Facilitating internal continuous improvement processes
- Participating in formulating manufacturing policies and procedures
