About The Position

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving safety, quality, and efficiency? This role involves supervising and mentoring a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality. You will schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence, track and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management. Inspecting product and signing quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
