About The Position

Responsible for all products manufactured to meet or exceed all quality specifications per process order, quality inspections and all other required documents provided. Supervise employees across three (3) shifts. Supervise various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Operations Manager when operating problems occur or standards cannot be met. Notifies the facilities department when equipment requires maintenance or repair. Develop and train all manufacturing floor staff making sure standard work and practice is being followed. Create and maintain daily production schedule to meet or exceed all due dates assigned while maintaining or improving efficiencies. Determine training targets, update and maintain versatility matrix. Assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling. Complete and participate in 5s audits and 5s maintenance as well as scrap reduction projects. Supervisors have joint authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions. Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and employees across all three shifts. Flexibility in work hours is required to effectively support business needs, including occasional early morning, evening, or off-shift coverage.

Requirements

  • Must have 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a lead or a supervisor.
  • Knowledge of software including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of manufacturing work environment and quality standards.
  • Must be able to clearly read and write and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred knowledge of SAP.
  • Prefer bilingual.
