About The Position

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed on their shift. This includes coordinating processes and people involved in the production, storage, refrigeration, and load-out of products manufactured during their shift. The role also involves assisting with training, scheduling, inventorying, and staffing for the shift. The supervisor must be familiar with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices, company rules, policies, and procedures, Quality Control standards, OSHA regulations, and EPA guidelines. This position operates within a fluid milk and cultured products dairy manufacturing environment and requires responsibility for start-up, finish-up, and clean-up procedures. The ability to work independently and with others, along with good oral and written communication skills, is essential.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a perishable goods industry
• Previous experience in a management or supervision capacity

• Previous dairy experience
