About The Position
We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and support a safe, high‑performance work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Background in automotive, plastics, or metal fabrication manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
- Lead, train, and evaluate production employees across assigned shifts
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions using lean or similar methodologies
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular audits
- Monitor product quality and partner with QA to resolve issues
- Track KPIs, downtime, labor usage, and daily production metrics
