About The Position
As a Production Supervisor, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This includes regular attendance at client production and/or staff meetings. You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors. You will work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce, assist with internal and client reporting as necessary, and utilize Aerotek's resources for conflict resolution. You will also perform various customer service-related activities.
Requirements
- Customer or sales focused experience
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
- Previous operations, production or workforce management experience
