Requirements

Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, construction, precast concrete, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and industrial equipment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical job duties as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of concrete mix design, batching operations, and industrial maintenance preferred.
ACI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure the safe and efficient manufacture of quality precast concrete products.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to production employees.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programs.
Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and operating efficiency.
Identify and resolve production issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of workplace organization, housekeeping, and quality.
