About The Position

The Production Supervisor supports and supervises assigned production activities and employees at HCSC linen services’ Camden, New Jersey facility. The role oversees work processes, employees, and equipment operation to ensure safety and quality standards are met, and includes cross-training in all departments. The supervisor enters employee payroll information and some production scores using a computer, communicates production issues to management, and supervises, orients, and trains employees. This is a first-shift position. Regular hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., though the start time may vary by one hour earlier or later. The role requires arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled production shift, flexibility to adjust hours based on production needs, and additional hours and weekends as needed. The position reports directly to the Production Manager and is based in Camden, New Jersey.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quickly solve complex issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
Flexibility to shift work hours due to production needs.
Ability to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled production shift begins.
