Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of welding processes
- Lean manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor production plans and provides corrective action as necessary.
- Educates associates in proper procedures of company policy, safety and quality issues, and production requirements.
- Resolves problems logically and effectively.
- Leads CPR teams to resolution of quality issues.
