About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for developing plans and applying resources to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. This role involves monitoring and implementing corrective actions for quality issues, communicating plant and corporate goals, and auditing housekeeping standards. The supervisor will lead and participate in process improvement projects, root cause problem-solving, and Lean principle implementation. Additionally, they will address and resolve conflicts within the department, demonstrate strong leadership, develop and audit work standards, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and work rules in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees is a key responsibility, along with performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills.
