Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
About The Position

This position is for the 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2 PM CST - 10:30 PM CST, with some weekend work expected. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel. On a daily basis, the supervisor will manage absenteeism, safety rule enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and the performance of Associates, while also managing daily production goals to ensure they are met.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
- Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift
- Supervising approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates
- Managing absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates on a daily basis
- Managing daily production goals to ensure production goals are met
