Requirements
- Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment.
- Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.
- Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead production team in alignment with company vision, values, and goals
- Enforce all safety policies, GMP/HACCP standards, and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to maintain SOPs and training documentation
- Conduct regular employee check-ins, performance reviews, and development conversations
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Address performance issues, set expectations, and support employee growth and accountability
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs to monitor performance and identify gaps
- Oversee employee training and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operations
- Partner with management on scheduling, staffing, and production planning based on forecasts
- Support quality assurance processes, reporting systems, and daily facility operations
