Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (experience in lieu of education will be considered).
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on D Shift.
- Supervising approximately 52 hourly Associates.
- Managing absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates on a daily basis.
- Managing daily production goals to ensure they are met.
