About The Position

Supervises employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment while producing highly automated Printed Circuit Board Assembly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a production environment with progressive leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and electronic), and interpersonal skills
• Effective at conflict resolution and troubleshooting issues
• Able to multi-task while still being an effective leader
• Comfortable with software and computer applications

Responsibilities

• Communicates work assignments to shift employees
• Implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
• Assists and supports EBWE in continuously improve initiatives
• Ensures effective employee relations by providing employee coaching and development
• Resolves employee issues through problem resolution
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas
• Manages shift performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports
• Enforce Safety procedures and perform accident investigations
• Participate in Corrective Actions
• Supervisor employees attendance and time-keeping along with conducting performance reviews
• Determine, communicate and carry out necessary training of shift employees
• Other duties as assigned
