About The Position

Antolin is a leading global automotive supplier specializing in innovative vehicle solutions such as trim, headliners, acoustic systems, and interior lighting. We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to lead their team in meeting daily production goals through efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality, troubleshooting, and fostering a safe work environment to achieve organizational objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

5-7 years related experience, preferable in Automotive Manufacturing.
Strong team building and leadership skills.
Professional and effective communication and representation skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all activities of employees assigned to the department.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards using all available resources and support.
Ensure all department personnel adhere to all safety rules and report unsafe conditions promptly.
Direct the department to promote high morale, teamwork, pride, productivity, and quality.
Resolve job performance problems and conflicts fairly, with assistance from Human Resources.
Coordinate required equipment repair with Maintenance and/or Tooling departments.
Communicate with team members, updating them on information affecting efficient and safe operations.
Liaise with supporting departments to resolve problems.
Accurately and promptly complete all required paperwork (corrective actions, scrap reports, production reports, downtime, employee evaluations, etc.).
Update Production board documentation daily.
Advise Operations Manager of situations posing significant risk to the program, product assurance, facilities, employee safety, or customer satisfaction.
Initiate actions to prevent nonconformance relating to product, process, and systems.
Identify and record problems relating to product, process, or system.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.
Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency is corrected.
