Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or laundry environment is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards relevant to production operations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling purposes.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or leadership training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day production activities on the laundry floor, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and train production team members to enhance productivity, maintain high morale, and foster a positive working environment.
• Monitor equipment operation and coordinate regular maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures, making sure all employees adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain departments to ensure that necessary materials and resources are available to maintain continuous workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports, and communicate daily progress and challenges to upper management.
• Identify areas for process improvements and work collaboratively with management to implement changes that boost efficiency and reduce costs.
