About The Position

We are recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. This role is for the 2nd Shift, operating Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime as needed. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel during this shift. This includes overseeing approximately 3-4 hourly associates, managing daily absenteeism, enforcing safety rules, conducting environmental risk analyses, and monitoring associate performance to ensure daily production goals are met.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
Experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (experience in lieu of education will be considered)

Responsibilities

Managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 2nd Shift
Supervising approximately 3 - 4 hourly Associates
Managing absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates on a daily basis
Managing daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met
