We are seeking a Production Supervisor who embodies servant leadership and humility, sharing our commitment to people. With nearly fifty years of manufacturing experience, Ready Foods is a mature, stable, and operationally intensive business that embraces lean manufacturing, drawing inspiration from the Toyota Production System. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for executing production goals and objectives during their shift, creating a safe environment aligned with company values, and fostering a team culture consistent with Ready Foods' mission, vision, and strategic plans. This is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Production Superintendent or Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in food production.
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Supervisory experience/skills are essential.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures in an industrial environment, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOP.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Solid Computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop Production team members, following Lean principles, ensuring successful teamwork, and demonstrating dedication and discipline as a servant leader to instill a culture of meeting commitments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful teamwork and meet production schedules.
Improve production capabilities by learning about and implementing Lean practices, and maintain company culture with reliability, honor, and trust.
Role model a culture of safe work practices and ensure Food Safety and Quality requirements are met to eliminate food safety risks.
