About The Position

The Production Supervisor will plan, direct, coordinate and lead day-to-day functions for the team in order to properly deploy resources in alignment with meeting the company goals and objectives. Additionally, this supervisor will work cross-functionally with other departments, including, but not limited to: quality, materials, packaging & shipping, engineering, human resources, etc., to ensure that the daily needs of manufacturing are met. This position is onsite (not remote/not hybrid) and not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Management or Engineering and 3+ years previous supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (required); Advanced Excel experience (preferred)
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports
  • Broad knowledge of production planning processes
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Experience working in a CNC Machining Environment (required)
  • Understanding of CNC machine controls and instrumentation
  • Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
