About The Position

Perricone Farms is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Beaumont facility, to help lead and advance our operations. Requirements

  • Self-Dependent Leadership: Proven ability to lead independently with minimal supervision. Track record of taking ownership and successfully managing projects or tasks. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Risk Management and Innovation: Skilled at evaluating situations and making informed, calculated decisions. Willingness to propose and test innovative solutions to optimize efficiency. Ability to manage risk while aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical and operational issues. Experience with troubleshooting tools and methods across systems. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause identification.
  • Safety and Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Experience implementing and enforcing quality control protocols. Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Multi-Tasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Effective time management and organizational skills. Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of reallocating resources as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in a packaging management capacity. Alternatively, candidates may possess a High School diploma/GED with 5 years of demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

  • Experience in the juice processing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee daily production and packaging plans in coordination with the Production Manager.
  • Establish priorities and sequence of operations to ensure product quality and timely output.
  • Coordinate and supervise all manufacturing activities during assigned shift, including troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Monitor and review production and packaging reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Provide clear direction, support, and performance feedback to subordinate technicians.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability on the production floor.
