About The Position

A CV (Continuous Vulcanization) line is a cable production process where insulation is applied and cured in a continuous, high-speed operation. Because the line runs for extended periods to produce large volumes, any downtime is extremely costly and time-consuming to recover from—making efficiency and quick problem-solving critical to success. In this role, prior cable experience is not required. However, success in this position requires comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment where you are actively involved on the production floor, making real-time decisions, troubleshooting issues, and leading a team to keep operations running smoothly.
