About The Position

This position is responsible for organizing employee assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements. The role involves daily employee performance and attendance management, assisting in the development and orientation of new team members, and driving organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives. The supervisor will implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members' feedback and suggestions, and assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Communication of relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members is also a key aspect, along with collaborating cross-functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirement.
  • 1-2 years of experience or 4 year college degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
