The location in Rothschild, (Wisconsin, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Production Supervisor, Paper. This job is full-time permanent.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pulp & Paper, Engineering, Business, Environmental preferred, or equivalent educational and experience in relevant field.
3 years of leadership experience is required.
Relevant experience in Operations or Maintenance functions preferred.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, analysis, and mechanical aptitude skills.
Working knowledge/experience utilizing MS applications and other production related applications.
Desire and ability to work flexible hours to cover outages, weeknight call, and rotating weekend coverage duties.
Demonstrated experience in promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Supports the daily operations of assigned Paper Mill areas while adhering to, but not limited to policies and objectives in Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Environmental, Process reliability, Cost and Labor relations.
Coordinate across functional departments (U&E, Pulp/Wood, Converting, and Maintenance) to successfully achieve mill goals.
Coordinate with maintenance in the Paper Mill to improve Safety, Quality, and Process reliability.
Coordinate and manage suppliers and consumable materials.
Work with our customers, both internal and external, to achieve customer satisfaction.
Provide education in technical and non-technical areas and oversee the safe and effective training of operators.
Develop a strategic mindset to secure the future of the Paper Mill.
