About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our custom air filter and MTO operations—someone who can keep production moving, solve problems in real time, and ensure quality standards are met every day. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the custom air filter and MTO (Made-to-Order) departments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage people, maintain production flow, and ensure accountability across the team while meeting output and quality goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in a production supervisor or leadership role required
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or high-volume production environments
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems under pressure
Experience managing workflow, productivity, and performance expectations
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in made-to-order (MTO) or custom production environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily production operations on the manufacturing floor
Drive production output while maintaining quality standards
Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and productivity
Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and overall efficiency
Train, coach, and develop production employees
Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and receiving to ensure smooth material flow
Support and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
Track and communicate production performance and key metrics
