Requirements

• Required Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics or related field.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• The ability to lift up to 28 pounds unassisted and stand for periods of up to 12 hours.
• Must have the capability to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading shop floor direct reports.
• Experience organizing multidisciplinary team efforts such process, quality test engineers and technician’s supervisor, stockroom supervisor, etc.
• Certain experience exchanging efforts with multidisciplinary team one level up.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations activities to ensure timely production output at the expected labor cost targets and in adherence to the safety, quality and company policies and standards.
• Managing direct reports on the assigned shift, direct reports are production operators and team leaders.
• Organizing central support on the assigned shift such machine technicians, quality technicians, analyzers, material handlers , facility reps, etc, all this through the official communication channels and chains of command.
• Organizing multidisciplinary team common efforts at the same level such Quality engineers, IE engineers , Test Engineers, IT Engineers, Tech’s supervisors, Stockroom Supervisor, etc.
• Data driven, Clear Facts and Results mindset focused on safety, and production output.
• Manage deviations to code of conduct and the related HR policies.
