About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you're the driving force behind a team that turns raw materials into industry leading paint booths and finishing systems used across North America. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or additional manufacturing education preferred.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, build accountability, and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Experience managing production schedules, staffing priorities, and daily manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity expectations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production documents, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to act in a fast-paced environment.
  • A leadership style built on accountability, respect, teamwork, and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching employees, providing feedback, and creating opportunities for growth.
  • Create a culture where safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork are part of every decision and every shift.
  • Keep production moving by balancing workloads, assigning resources, and removing obstacles before they impact delivery commitments.
  • Turn production goals into results by monitoring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics and taking action when performance needs improvement.
  • Develop a flexible workforce through training, cross-training, and employee development initiatives that strengthen the entire team.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve problems and continuously improve processes.
  • Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve workflow, and increase productivity.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development efforts while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
  • Serve as a trusted leader who sets clear expectations, recognizes achievements, and helps employees succeed.
