About The Position

This position supports the company in meeting its production goals by supervising all activities of employees in an assigned manufacturing process and shift. It ensures a safe and efficient work environment by communicating and managing Company established quality, production, safety and human resource policies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work any shift: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Swing (3:00pm – 11:00pm), or Graveyard (11:00pm – 7:00am).

Responsibilities

• Performs relief supervisor responsibilities.
• Supervises an assigned production process and the employees associated with the shift and work area.
• Oversees equipment and materials to achieve the highest safety, quality and production levels.
• Maintains quality control standards to maximize company profitability and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Conducts individual meetings and leads crew meetings, as needed, to communicate pertinent information to employees.
• Completes administrative paperwork and reporting related to production reports, scheduling, personnel actions, payroll and safety.
• Responsible for supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures.
