About The Position

Step into a day where aerospace parts move from concept to certified reality From the first-shift standup on the CNC floor to second-shift First Article Inspections on a Zeiss CMM, every role plays a vital part in building flight-critical components. TekPro is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire for nine immediate roles across operations, engineering, quality, and logistics. Oversee machining teams and allocate labor effectively Manage overtime, performance, and skills development Champion continuous improvement initiatives Strong CNC background required

Requirements

• 2+ years in machining; team leadership experience preferred
• Strong CNC background required

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CNC machining output and team direction
• Coach operators, assist with setups, and reinforce standard work
• Deliver on safety, quality, and throughput metrics; Lean/5S a plus
• Oversee machining teams and allocate labor effectively
• Manage overtime, performance, and skills development
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives
