About The Position
Arconic is seeking a Production Supervisor - Casting to join their Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the first level of leadership in the workplace, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to frontline employees. This position is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, driving performance to meet customer demand, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and achieving operational goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a strong focus on eliminating waste and inefficiencies.
