About The Position

SeaBear Company, an artisan seafood smokehouse located in Anacortes, WA, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Production Staff on our night shift. We currently have openings within our production department, and team members will be cross‑trained to support multiple production roles. Our Production Staff handles the day‑to‑day operations across our fillet, trim, cure, and mousse rooms, as well as in our inspection and retort areas, all within our production facility.

Benefits

• Starting pay at $19.25/hr., with an increase after the 60-day orientation period
