About The Position

MARELLI is seeking dedicated Production Specialists for immediate openings on the 1st shift with a mandatory transition to 2nd shift. This role offers leadership growth opportunities by serving a multipurpose role to support manufacturing operations, while leading a team to excellence and quality.

Requirements

Previous factory/manufacturing experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Demonstrated abilities in areas specific to those outlined in this job description.
Welding and Robotic experience is preferred.
Basic grammar, math skills, computer, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and good communications skills are needed.
Ability to work overtime.
Some travel may be required.
Training will be provided during 1st shift with Mandatory transition to 2nd shift

Responsibilities

Working with minimal supervision
Must successfully complete Forklift Operator training.
Performing set up, start up, adjustments to tooling, changeover and/or preventative maintenance tasks associated with production equipment, molds and dies.
Working in a safe and timely manner
Serving multipurpose role to support manufacturing operations.
Ability to be exposed to environmental factors such as noise, vibration, fumes, or chemicals.
Responding to additional work assignments when requested
Meeting physical requirements such as lifting materials and standing for extended periods of time
Operating complex production equipment
Performing all essential functions in a timely manner (this includes performing production line work)

Ability to lead and follow directions
