About The Position

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing Dallas production facility. This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll help produce high-quality printed products from start to finish, operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging completed orders, and preparing them for shipment. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new equipment, solving problems, and taking pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

Operate professional digital printing equipment.
Set up and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy.
Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, drilling, padding, and other bindery operations.
Package completed orders for shipment.
Prepare shipping labels and ensure orders are packed accurately.
Inspect finished products to maintain our quality standards.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
Assist with inventory and production workflow as needed.
Learn new equipment and production processes as our business continues to grow.
