About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role is for the 2nd shift, working 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with start times varying between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM. The Production Specialist will report to a Shift Lead and will be responsible for servicing and operating mixing equipment to produce various Conagra Brands products. The company offers a comprehensive compensation package and benefits that start at 60 days. The work environment is climate-controlled, and the company provides training on equipment and processes. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, and pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs arise.
• Learn how to operate a power jack.
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory properly and ensure recipe compliance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on company systems.
