About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role is on the 1st shift and will report to a Shift Lead. The Production Specialist will service and operate mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. The company offers a great compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days. The work environment is climate-controlled depending on the assigned line. Training on equipment and processes will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service and operate mixing equipment to produce products.
• Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs.
• Learn how to operate a power jack.
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
