About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role is for the 3rd shift and involves servicing and operating mixing equipment to produce various food products. The company has a team of approximately 500 employees and offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Training on equipment and processes will be provided. The work environment is climate-controlled depending on the assigned line. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, and pass a drug test and background check.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs.
• Learn how to operate a power jack.
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
