Requirements

2-4 years’ experience in a similar position
Minimum 1 year machine troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of and experience with assembly requirements
Good communication and documentation skills
Microsoft Office Suite

Medical device experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and improves assembly processes within the area of responsibility.
Evaluates process specifications periodically to determine if they accurately reflect process requirements and reviews process steps to reduce inefficiencies.
Drives production schedules and process-related problems to closure.
Assists in the compliance of safety regulations, ISO, and business controls.
Provides production-ready documentation (MPIs) with equipment setup and programs.
Supports the team in making process and efficiency improvements.
Handles first calls in non-maintenance down issues and provides assistance to manufacturing support with implementing changes.
Monitors equipment performance and makes minor adjustments such as set-ups, calibrations, and alignments.
Clears minor machine difficulties and performs maintenance and repairs under supervision.
Assists operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations.
Performs spot checks on product to ensure quality levels are maintained.
Stays current with manufacturing support on process and equipment changes and upgrades.
