Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new manufacturing and testing processes.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Safety-minded and dependable.
  • Proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience.
  • Previous electronic assembly or testing experience.
  • Experience using microscopes, soldering irons, or small hand tools.
  • Experience working with computers or test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform the initial setup and assembly of crystal oscillators and related electronic components.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures to prepare, assemble, and process products through the manufacturing and testing steps.
  • Use microscopes and small hand tools to position, assemble, and inspect small electronic components.
  • Perform basic soldering, epoxy dispensing, and other assembly processes as trained.
  • Set up and operate test equipment and automated machinery used to test crystal oscillators and verify product performance.
  • Load and unload products from test equipment and follow proper procedures for each testing operation.
  • Observe, inspect, and identify potential defects or issues during assembly and testing.
  • Record test results and other required information accurately using computer systems and/or production documentation.
  • Perform basic measurements and calculations as required to complete assembly and testing activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with team members and experienced operators to learn processes and resolve routine issues.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
